Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. During new launches, festive seasons, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Please note: Some items are made-to-order or require special preparation, and the estimated delivery time for each product is clearly indicated on its product page. We recommend checking this before placing your order.

Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days after dispatch (subject to product-specific timelines).

• International Orders: 10–15 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS along with a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Charges

• Local Shipping (Pakistan): Free of charge.

• International Shipping: Calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed automatically at checkout.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available for local orders only and up to PKR 25,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be paid online or via bank transfer.

• For bank transfers, your order will not be confirmed until a screenshot of the payment has been received and verified by our team.

• COD is not available for international orders; all international orders must be prepaid online.
